We collect only the information that is essential to provide our services and to support business communications, which you provide voluntarily through the forms on this website:

• information about the project or the position you are interested in;
• resume and portfolio links, in the case of job applications.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Responding to project and quote requests.
• Conducting recruitment processes (when resumes are submitted).
• Continuously improving our digital services.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use aggregated, anonymous traffic metrics (with no personal identification) to understand how our pages perform.

You may, at any time, request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent, by sending an email to dpo@deeptech.dev.br.

We use state-of-the-art encryption protocols and secure infrastructure to store and transmit any information we receive, with access restricted to the people who need it to handle your request.

We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. After that period, it is deleted or anonymized.

Information we collect. In the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, directly from you through the forms on this website, for the purposes described in Use of information:

• identifiers, such as your name, email address and phone number;
• professional or employment-related information, such as your company, resume and portfolio links;
• any other information you choose to include in your message.

No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the last 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use.

Your rights. Subject to the exceptions provided by law, you have the right to:

• know what personal information we have collected about you, its sources, the purposes for which it is used and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed, and to access the specific pieces of information we hold;
• delete the personal information we have collected from you;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it, and we treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request);
• limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
• not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights. Send your request to privacy@deeptech.dev.br. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will tell you why. To protect your data, we will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with the information we hold. You may also submit a request through an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your signed permission.

Retention. We keep each category of personal information only for the period described in Data retention.
